North American Limited Warranty

Your DreamStar mattress and matching foundation have been engineered to work together to provide the best sleep system. Mattress, and foundation warranty is for the number of years shown on the warranty guide. Consult the letter code shown on the Law Tag affixed to your new DreamStar mattress.

  1. Should your mattress be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects. Your DreamStar product will be replaced or repaired without charge, during the initial period of warranty (other than specific limitations contained herein). Slight body impressions may form caused by the natural nesting and conforming that occurs as the cushioning materials contour, and are not considered a structural defects. After the replacement or repair will be made at a prorate charge of the current manufacturers suggested retail price, times the numbers of years used.
  2. Warranty is not applicable if foundation is not properly supported by an additional centre rail with leg support frame on queen or king size.
  3. Warranty is not applicable if mattress/foundation is abused, damaged or has been burned, soiled, or in unsanitary condition and it shall not apply to border wires which are bent due to moving.
  4. Use of improper foundation may lead to abuse if mattress is purchased separately, and will not be covered by this warranty. For proper support, a DreamStar matching foundation is highly recommended.
  5. Warranty shall not apply if Law Tag is removed.
  6. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser of DreamStar mattress.
  7. Mattress fabric is excluded from this Limited Warranty due to the nature of the product.
  8. All transportation costs are not covered by this warranty.
  9. Service and handling charges will apply.
  10. Warranty registration card must be mailed to the manufacturer at time of purchase or registered online at www.DreamStarbedding.com
  11. In any event you have observed any defects, you should contact your retailer service provider with proof of purchase or write directly to DreamStar Bedding.

Rotate Your Mattress To Assure Leveled Contour Comfort

Body impressions are a good indicator of contour comfort. When they occur, this means that DreamStar Bedding mattress construction is conforming to your body’s personal, individual contours…and leveling to it final position. Compression of DreamStar Bedding Quality upholstery materials is not a structural defect, but a normal indicator of your mattress’s engineered performance. Your DreamStar Bedding Mattress actually improves with use!
To ensure maximum mattress performance, you should equalize these important body impressions. Simply turn the Mattress end to end, and if your mattress is 2 sided, upside down occasionally during the first three months of use. Then turn it every six months thereafter. This lets your mattress adjust smoothly and evenly to your body weight.
  • Insist on a genuine DreamStar Bedding foundation. It is designed to support the special constructions in your DreamStar Bedding mattress. Turn the foundation end to end occasionally for maximum service and support.
  • Queen and King size bedding requires a metal bed frame with additional centre support.
  • Never bend or fold your DreamStar Bedding mattress, unless the King size model is designed as foldable.
  • Always keep your bedding clean. A mattress pad is recommended, especially if children use your bed.
  • Rotate your mattress counter-clockwise.
  • Allow mattress to overhang boxspring, at least one foot.
  • Lift mattress on its edge.
  • Lower mattress, exposing Side 2.
  • Rotate mattress counter-clockwise once more, to put end B at the head.
